This is one of the City & Guilds generic modules that connects to the diplomas in Massage Therapy, Aromatherapy & Reflexology. Students only complete this generic module once and can move onto study other therapies without repeating it.

This course explores a broad range of musical languages and cultures, including those of Japan, North India, Eastern Europe, Africa and the Caribbean, will be studied within the context of society.

Join us and build on your knowledge of the basics of Japanese (e.g. go shopping, use services, tell the time, express likes and dislikes). Communicate in everyday situations and develop the skills to get your message across.

This course consolidates and builds on skills already learnt in Kathak. Progression will include emphasis on accuracy and quality of movement. The Kathak repertoire covers varied footwork, sparkling rhythms, dramatic moves and subtle expressional phrases.  Accompanied by a Tabla player when possible.

Explore media communication through an introduction to public relations, studying social media and its technologies, the development of the media and an analysis of media forms. You will study with students on the Access to Media Communications Diploma.
