This is either because:

• The assignment has now closed.
• The assignment is not yet open.
• You already uploaded something and the settings prevent re-submissions.

If you are expecting to be able to submit an assignment through the VLE (a Moodle or Turnitin assignment) on your course and there is nowhere to submit it, please contact your module tutor.
